Dolly M. Moore, the Broker in Charge of Home $elling $ervice, has been a Real Estate Professional for over 20 years.  She started Home $elling $ervice in March 17, 2006 in Hendersonville and has been in the top 15 of Realtors in sales for the Henderson Board of Realtors (HBOR) since her first full year on her own.
 
In 2008 she finished out home sales as the # 8 top Realtor in HBOR.  Currently half way through 2009 she is the # 3 top Realtor.  Many other agents work as  ‘teams’ with multiple agents.  These are her own personal statistics, not as part of a team. She is currently in the top #20 in sales in Asheville Board of Realtors (ABOR).
 
Being a transplant to WNC, she brought the Flat Fee concept with her from Ohio, where she was extremely successful with helping sellers save substantial money while providing all the services of a traditional realtor.  She has also expanded to now include full ‘traditional realtor services’ for only 4% commission.  Home $elling $ervice cooperates 3% to ‘buyer’s agents’ from the  4% charged to our sellers, so Realtors never hesitate to show our listings.
 
Among her peers, she is  considered professional, honest, knowledgeable and most of all dedicated. Dolly expertly guides each client through the often complex real estate market, helping each to achieve their own goals of minimal stress free selling of their current home, or acquiring the perfect home. Robert (Bob) White is our newest member and a resident of East Asheville.  He has 25 years in sales, hails from Arkansas and is excited about the services he feels a flat fee and reduced commission company can bring to sellers in the Asheville, Weaverville, and Black Mountain area which will be his target market. 
 
Bob began working in the Western Carolinas in 2001 as CEO of Community Development Specialists, Inc. (CDS). CDS provides assistance to communities that want to build strong collaborations among non-profit and public social services organizations.
 
In 2005, Bob became involved in real estate investment here to develop affordable housing for WNC residents.
 
Bob is a member in good standing of the Asheville Board of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors.  He is also an active member of the Asheville Board of Realty’s ECO Committee.
 
Bob is working closely with city and county planning committees to pass zoning ordinances that will allow homes and businesses to install small scale wind turbines.
